  • What happens after the 6 month commitment period?
    Once the 6 month commitment period is over, you are welcome to renew your contract as normal or cancel your retainer programme.
  • If I don’t use all my credits in one month, do they get rolled over?
    Yes, if you have remaining credits they will always be rolled over to the next month. This is reset every 3 months, so please make sure you are using all your credits before the 3 month reset period.
  • Can I skip a month?
    You are welcome to skip a month & move your credits to the next month. Your payment plan will resume as normal but your credits will be moved over to the next month. We ask you to let us know 20 days in advance if you’d like to skip a month so we are aware.
  • I have two businesses, can I use the retainer for both businesses?
    Unfortunately, because all businesses have different strategies we don’t allow this. We always suggest that if you would like content plans for both your businesses, to purchase a retainer for each business. This allows us both to implement the right strategy for each business, without overcomplicating things.
  • How do we communicate?
    For legal purposes, all contracts, agreements & final files will be communicated via email. By doing so both parties are able to keep a paper trail of all conversations had. For weekly check in’s, communication will be done via Notion or IMessage/Text.
  • What if I want to cancel my Retainer Programme?
    We do not accept any early cancellations before the expiration of the 6 month commitment period under any circumstance due to the nature of the retainer programme. You are free to cancel once the 6 month commitment period is complete. If you would like to cancel within the 6 month commitment period, you must make us aware 14 days before cancellation & you must complete the payment for the full month during which the cancellation request is made, including any outstanding fees. A cancellation fee of £150 shall be assessed and must be paid within 3 days of the cancellation request.
  • Can I come back to you if I’ve cancelled my Retainer Programme & changed my mind?
    Of course! We pride ourselves on having a strong client-designer relationship so of course you can return at any time. Please note that if you’re returning, there will be a new contract which will mean that your 6 month commitment will not continue from where we left off. You will be required to commit to the retainer programme for 6 months.
  • What happens if I want to take a break or pause my Retainer Programme?
    You are permitted a pause for up to 3 months that will be resumed at our availability. Your payment plan will resume as normal, but your credits will be rolled over to when you’d like to resume the retainer programme. We understand that unexpected circumstances may occur and we just ask that you let us know so that we can put the pause in place.
  • What is the refund policy?
    Due to the nature of all services provided by BRANDEDBYAP, refunds are not eligible. You are agreeing to this policy when you purchase on www.brandedbyap.com.
