Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions Acceptance

You (the client), agree that you have read and fully comprehend the terms & conditions presented to you. You agree to all the terms & conditions once you check out, this means that you have given consent to what you have read, agreed, and fully comprehended the information presented to you.​

Payment and Charges

The client fully understands that in order for the designer to begin any service, that the client must pay the payment in full costs of whichever service that will be provided. The client also understands that once the payment is made and is received, the project will begin and that no refunds are issued under any circumstance.

Design Information 

The client must agree that they will give full details and description to the designer, as to how they would like your project to be designed. The client must understand that this is to be done within 3 days of receiving your design form, if this is agreement is not adhered to the order will be cancelled. The client must also understand that the information which is submitted onto the design form is what will be used for the design.

Revisions

Clients are granted with 3 revision opportunities. Once the design is sent to the client and the design has been viewed, they are eligible with 3 opportunities, with no charge, to give full description of the changes which they would like to be done. Once these 3 revisions have been fulfilled, please understand that additional revisions are at an extra fee of £15. The 3 revisions include only 3 changes. This could include a background change, picture change and title change, etc. Clients also agree that once they have received their final copy for their design, they are not able to ask for any additional changes, if this occurs, please note that this will be charged as the price of a new design.

Turn Around Time

The client must understand that they will receive their design in 3-28 business days. If any extra delays occur in the turnaround times, the designer will provide information in regard to the amount of time in delay and will come to an agreement with the client. Please note that the designer will try their best to let the client know in advance, if possible.

Revisions take 1-3 business days to complete. Please remember that communication between the client and the designer is very important, once the information is sent through that is when the designer can finish off the project. Delays in response time can affect the design turnaround.

Terms

Upon completion of the project, the designer will provide one design in the format of a JPG or PNG. This is to give the client an insight as to what their design looks like and if any changes are needed, clients are allowed 3 revisions free of charge. Once the 3 are fulfilled and additional revisions are still needed, there will be an added fee of £15.

Client Communication and Delays

We offer 1-on1 clientele service; therefore, communication is very important to us at all times during the design process. Clients must understand that after they have received their designs, or after they have placed their order, they would need to respond or send their information in a timely manner. We ask all clients to try and respond 3 days, if response time is longer than 3 days, client will be placed at the end of our list and any designs will be sent once we have reached to the client.  After 14 days of no contact a project restart fee of 50 percent of the entire project must be paid.

Every client is sent a contract form, which must be signed and emailed to us within 3 days. If we don’t receive this form within the 3-day time period, the clients order will be cancelled.

Disputes & Chargebacks

If the client for any reason has decided to dispute their order without any communication to fix the issue with us first, they will be banned from our site and will not be able to book with us again. Please communicate with us first if you have any issues. We are here to help, and we want every customer to leave with a design which they are happy and satisfied with, we will always try our best to help!

Once any service is purchased you (the client), have read and agreed to all the terms & conditions.

BRANDEDBYAP is NOT responsible if the client decides to not read the terms & conditions stated, the designer has all rights to cancel an order if these are not followed.
