You will receive an onboarding email within 24 hours of placing your order. The onboarding email will include a link to your client portal, which contains your contract and design form(s). Please complete both forms within 3 days of receiving the email.
Once we have received and reviewed your design form, you will receive an email with the estimated completion date, and the design process will commence.
Upon completion of your drafts, they will be sent to you via email. You will have the opportunity to communicate any revisions you'd like. If there are no revisions, the final file(s) will be promptly sent out. In case of revisions, they will be addressed within 1-3 business days, and the final file(s) will be sent to you via email.
