All design projects have a minimum turnaround time of 7–14 business days.

Timelines begin once onboarding has been completed and all required information has been received. Please note that delays in feedback or missing details may impact delivery timelines.

Each project includes up to 3 free revisions.

Revisions are intended to refine the agreed concept — any additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may incur an additional fee.

To ensure a smooth and timely process, clients are required to:

• Complete onboarding promptly
• Provide all requested content and assets on time
• Share clear and consolidated feedback within the agreed timeframe

Delays in these areas may affect turnaround times.

All project communication is handled via email or our agreed project platform to keep everything organised and efficient.

1. Onboarding

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an onboarding form within 24-48 business hours to gather key details about your brand, goals, and the service you’ve booked. This allows us to fully understand your vision and set the foundation for the project.

 

2. Strategy Phase

We review your onboarding responses and assess how the service should support your wider brand, content, or business goals. This phase ensures every design decision is intentional and aligned.

 

3. Design Research Phase

We carry out visual research and explore creative directions that align with your brand, industry, and audience. This helps inform the overall look and feel before moving into design.

 

4. Design Phase

Your design is created using insights from the strategy and research phases. You’ll receive an initial concept, followed by the opportunity to request revisions to refine the final outcome.

 

5. Offboarding

Once the design is approved, final files are delivered and the project is officially closed. You’ll receive everything you need to confidently use your new assets moving forward.
